1. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-assigned user ID, and optionally your name and email (only if you choose to share them).

Gameplay Data
We store your in-game progress: display name, scores, coins, gems, player rank (Bronze → Grandmaster), Tower floor progress, skill stats (Focus, Memory, Logic, Speed — each 0–100), achievement progress, win streaks, daily challenge records, and per-session game history.

Friend Data
If you use Friends: your 6-character friend code, friend connections (by user ID), and friends' public profile info (name, high score, rank).

Device & Technical Information
Device type, OS version, app version, and IP address (handled by Firebase). The Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is collected only on iOS and only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide game features: cloud save, leaderboards, Tower progress, achievements, Friends
• Display your rank, skills, and competition results
• Deliver advertising via Google AdMob (personalised or non-personalised based on ATT choice)
• Improve the App via aggregated analytics (only with ATT consent)
• Security and anti-cheat enforcement
• Process account deletion requests

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14+, we ask for your permission before enabling personalised ads or cross-app tracking.

If you allow tracking: Personalised ads are enabled and Firebase Analytics is turned on. Your IDFA may be shared with Google AdMob.

If you decline: You still see ads, but they are non-personalised. Firebase Analytics stays disabled.

Change your choice anytime:
iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → TickTockTower

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Virtual Currency

TickTockTower has two virtual currencies: Coins (earned through gameplay) and Gems (earned through achievements and milestones).

The App contains no real-money purchases. Neither Coins nor Gems can be bought with real money, and they have no monetary value.

6. Children's Privacy

TickTockTower is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe your child has created an account, contact us at barsbuildme@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Account and game data is retained while your account is active.

When you delete your account (Settings → Delete Account & Data), all data is permanently removed within 30 days:

• Firebase Authentication account
• Firestore profile and player stats
• Complete game history
• All friend connections
• All daily challenge records

8. Your Rights

• Access your data (view in-app)
• Correct your display name (in-app settings)
• Delete your account and all data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Withdraw ATT consent (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking)
• Request a copy of your data — email barsbuildme@gmail.com

9. Security

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Firebase Authentication handles credentials — we never see your password
• Firestore Security Rules ensure only you can access your own data

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
