📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TickTockTower, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA), or using the App with parental consent
• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

2. Description of the App

TickTockTower is a free-to-play mobile skill game featuring:

• 8 mini-games testing focus, memory, logic, and speed
• Tower Mode — floor-by-floor progression with a hearts/lives system
• Ranked competitive mode with global and friends leaderboards
• Daily challenges and a 39-achievement system
• Virtual currency (Coins and Gems) earned through gameplay

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In. You may also use the App as a guest (with limited features).

Display Names must be no longer than 15 characters, must not contain profanity or offensive language, and must not impersonate anyone.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account & Data. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

4. Virtual Currency and In-Game Economy

The App features two virtual currencies:

• Coins — soft currency earned by playing games and completing daily goals
• Gems — earned through achievements, Tower milestones, and prestige rewards

Coins and Gems have no real-world monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be refunded.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising:

• Banner ads displayed within game screens
• Interstitial ads between game sessions
• Rewarded video ads — optional, watch to earn Coins or Gems

On iOS, we request ATT consent before serving personalised ads. You can opt out via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to manipulate scores or currency
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Harass or impersonate other users through the Friends system

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Tower Mode — Hearts System

• Maximum 5 hearts
• Each new floor attempt costs 1 heart
• Hearts regenerate at 1 heart every 20 minutes
• Spend 5 Gems to instantly restore a heart (Gems are earned in-game)
• Replaying a previously completed floor is free

8. Leaderboards and Competitive Play

Scores achieved through cheating or exploits will be removed. The ranked tier system (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Master → Grandmaster) is based on win/loss record. Ranks may be affected by inactivity or season resets at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — graphics, UI, game mechanics, icons, sounds, text, and code — is owned by TickTockTower Games. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKTOCKTOWER GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, GAME PROGRESS, OR ACCOUNT DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $0 USD, AS THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App for fraudulent or harmful activity. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account & Data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
